OUR SCREWS over 80mm diameter:

For sizes larger than 80mm in diameter, we use our KS-W nitrided steel screw, to which we apply a coating over the entire propeller, to increase wear resistance.

All components of the injection unit are subject to wear: abrasive wear, corrosive wear, mechanical wear. Rapid wear is a cost, not only because of the need for new components, but also because worn components lead to an inefficient plasticizing process, with more waste and lower productivity.

COMPLETE TIPS

In addition to having a wide selection of complete tips, available from stock, for most European machines, KofferTechnik also offers specific solutions capable of counteracting wear phenomena and increasing resistance to abrasion and corrosion, using PVD coatings or sintered steels.

We also design and manufacture ball tips, mixing tips, quick-lock tips.

Our tip, with hardened valve and thrust washer and inserted fins, is available in stock for almost all European presses.
